Watershape University typically pays a Program Development Fee for programs researched and assembled by its faculty. If the program will not be usable by other faculty for repeat use then Program Development Fees are not likely to occur. The Program Development Fee is not a Content Purchase Fee.
To improve quality, reduce the development time for each instructor, and produce multiple qualified instructors, Watershape University encourages multiple instructors to co-develop programs. At a minimum, our compliance manager will review all programs to ensure they meet standard, codes, laws, etc. and our engagement team manager will review all programs to seek opportunities to include their products.

Watershape University Logos
The following logos, and any variations thereof, are the sole property of Watershape University (WU):
The WU logo may be used by WU; its agencies; authorized stakeholders; all students; and Corporate Engagement Associates, Colleagues, and Partners only. If used in digital form, the logo must have a clickable link to https://www.watershape.org.
The International Watershape Institute (IWI) logo may be used by WU; its agencies; authorized stakeholders; and IWI members only. If used in digital form, the logo must have a clickable link to

The WaterShapes logo may be used by WU, its agencies; authorized stakeholders; and advertisers. If used in digital form, the logo must have a clickable link to https://www.watershapes.com.
Live Blue Foundation Logos
The following logos, and any variations thereof, are the sole property of the Live Blue Foundation (LBF). Watershape University and Wallace J. Nichols have partnered in the formation of LBF, a 501(c)(3) organization. The LBF logos may be used by LBF; its agencies; authorized stakeholders; and authorized partners, contributors, supporters, and donors to the organization.
Digital Badges for Students
Watershape University rewards digital badges to students after they complete specific course requirements, agree to certain terms and conditions, and pay the required fees. Each badge can only be used by individuals authorized by WU. The badges must have clickable links specifically assigned by WU so that when the badge is clicked for verification it will link to a specific location on the WU website Team Roster or IWI Teammate Profile. Without a specific URL assigned and used by the student, the verification will not be complete.
The Watershape University Student (WUS) badge may be used by anyone who takes any single program from Watershape University, long or short, free or paid, and who pays the annual credential fee.
The Verified Watershape Forman (VWF) badge is earned by successfully passing CON 2111, paying the annual credential fee, and maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
The Verified Watershape Builder (VWB) badge is earned by successfully passing CON 2111, DGN 2131 or DGN 2141, ENG 2311, BUS 3451 and BUS 2611, paying the annual credential fee, and maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
The Verified Watershape Designer (VWD) badge is earned by successfully passing CON 2111, DGN 1111, DGN 2211, DGN 2611, and DGN 2311, paying the annual credential fee, and maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
The Verified Watershape Professional (VWP) badge is earned by successfully passing all requirements for VWF, VWB and VWD plus ENG 4311 and CON 4411, paying the annual credential fee, and maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
Digital Badges for Companies
Watershape University rewards digital badges to companies with qualified students after they agree to certain terms and conditions, and pay the required fees. The qualified students must have the Verified Watershape Foreman (VWF) credential and they must be in a leadership role within the company. A leadership role requires that the VWF is an owner, director, or manager within the company. Each badge can only be used by the companies authorized by WU. The badges must have clickable links specifically assigned by WU so that when the badge is clicked for verification it will link to a specific location on the WU website Team Roster or IWI Teammate Profile. Without a specific URL assigned and used by the company, the verification will not be complete.
The Verified Watershape Company (VWC) badge is for a firm employing at least one VWF, or higher credentialed individual in a leadership role in the company, paying the annual credential fee, and maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
The International Watershape Institute (IWI) badge is for a firm employing at least one VWP in a leadership role in the company, paying the annual credential fee, and maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
The International Watershape Institute (IWI) Professional Seal is provided as a transparent PNG file that may be inserted into drawings, specifications, reports, and other professional correspondence. The seal indicates that the named professional is a current member of the IWI but it does not currently afford any rights under any known laws and it provides no guarantee to the user or their client(s) that the work performed by the user is completed with any specific level of quality or completeness.
The transparent PNG image may be scaled. It is designed as a 1.75" diameter which is consistent with seals in other professions in many states. It may be scaled down to 1.625" diameter. The seal shall not be larger than 1.75" diameter and shall not be less than 1.625" diameter. When the document is signed (manually or digitally) the IWI Member’s Expiration Date shall be added to the right of the IWI logo (manually or digitally). If the seal is used in a digital application it must have a clickable link specifically assigned by WU so that when the seal is clicked for verification it will link to a specific location on the WU website Team Roster or IWI Teammate Profile.
Digital Badges for Corporate Engagement Teams
Corporate Engagement Associates, Colleagues or Partners should promote Watershape University and their support of great education by using the WU logo and the digital badge representing their level of engagement as shown below:
Verified Engagement Associate (VEA). If used in digital form, the VEA badge shall link to a specific Team Roster URL assigned by WU.
Verified Engagement Colleague (VEC). If used in digital form, the VEC badge shall link to a specific Team Roster URL assigned by WU.
Verified Engagement Partner (VEP). If used in digital form, the VEP badge shall link to a specific Team Roster URL assigned by WU.
Intellectual Property Value
Use of Watershape University intellectual property, logos, badges, seals or marks does not afford any rights under any known laws and provides no guarantee to third-parties that the work performed by the user is completed with any specific level of quality or completeness.
Intellectual Property Rights
The right to use Watershape University logos, badges, seals and marks is conditional and may be revoked at any time. If a party loses its user privileges, they must remove any and all intellectual property, logos, badges, seals and marks from digital applications, including social media, within 30 days and remove it from traditional media within six months.
Right to Modify
Watershape University reserves the right to modify its intellectual property, logos, badges, seals and marks at any time and is not responsible for expenses that may be required to update user’s digital or print media. Changes requested by Watershape University must be made by the user within 30 days for digital media and within six months for traditional media.
Third Party Modifications
No Watershape University intellectual property, logos, badges seals or marks may be modified by another party except for changes in proportional scale necessary for the application. This includes font style, spacing and color changes.
