Peterson is President/CEO of Watershape Consulting, Inc., an international planning, design and engineering firm providing owners, architects, contractors, and the legal profession with services relating to residential, commercial and institutional pools, spas and water features. He obtained his B.S. Civil Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a registered engineer in several states. Peterson has been in the watershape industry since 1994 when he began his career designing life support systems for large aquariums and marine mammal exhibits. He was Vice President Engineering at Polaris Pool Systems where he developed and patented several products. Peterson reorganized the Genesis 3 Design Group into GENESIS® University in 2012. When GENESIS merged with the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) in 2016, Peterson became Director of Education for GENESIS, a position he held until forming Watershape University.

Nantz is principal and founder of Elite Concepts, Inc., an international, progressive design/build firm of refined watershapes located in Dallas, Texas since 1991. With a vast geographical reach -- currently some 70 cities, 10 states and 5 countries -- Mike's work product is in high demand. With a depth of industry expertise, he is frequently retained by architects, landscape architects, contractors, pool builders and home owners, as well as attorneys in need of expert witness. Passionate about education, Nantz is a Watershape University faculty member and serves as the University's first Dean of Culture. Mike has lectured and instructed across the United States, Canada and Europe on subjects directly related to swimming pool design, construction and business practices.

Oakes is a Professional Watershape Designer and President of Clearwater Construction Group, Inc., Revolution Gunite & Revolution Pool Finishes, all of which are award winning firms in their respective trade. Clearwater offers design and construction services at the highest level, typically through collaboration with Architecture & Engineering firms but also serving Pool Contractors and Owners. Clearwater holds an Unlimited Building Contractors License in NC & Virginia. Revolution Gunite provides Dry-mix Shotcrete services to the NC DOT and Pool Contractors throughout the Southeast, while Revolution Pool Finishes is a licensed Pebble Tec applicator serving NC, VA & SC. Oakes continually aims to raise the bar in the pool construction industry through involvement in the American Shotcrete Association (ASA) and educational outreach through a vast Pool Builder network throughout the United States. He has authored numerous technical writings for the ASA and is currently working on two design patents that will change the method of building vanishing edge pools.

Drakeley is principal and founder of Drakeley Pool Company, a luxury design and build firm based in New England, and Drakeley Industries, an international consulting firm focusing on shotcrete applications and techniques, notably providing training for the New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority underground tunneling projects. Bill is the first and only pool builder to sit as a Voting Member of the American Concrete Institute's (ACI) Committee 506 - Shotcrete and serves as Secretary of ACI C660 Nozzleman Certification Task Group. Bill is also an ACI Shotcrete Examiner and Chairman of the ACI Pool Shotcrete Subcommittee. An educator and advocate for high industry standards, Bill has conducted trainings for the GENESIS® Construction School, the Colorado School of Mines, the American Society of Landscape Architects CT Chapter, World of Concrete, Aqua Show, NESPA, and others. His technical writings have been widely published in trade magazines. Drakeley served as Deputy Director of GENESIS education under Peterson.
